For Those Who Are Wondering, is DubLi a Ponzi Scheme or a Scam?

There are many articles written about whether or not DubLi is a Ponzi scheme or a scam. Our simple answer is NO! Although the entire concept of the reverse auctions and the network marketing business strategy is foreign to many people, the company itself is sound and legal. From the perspective of the DubLi reverse auctions, DubLi is not a Ponzi Scheme simply because members are required to purchase DubLi credits in order to bid. On the contrary, by doing so, DubLi has created a sustainable business model to generate revenue, the same way that Google has with their Google Adwords/Adsense advertising strategies. On the other hand, DubLi is not a Ponzi Scheme because if follows a multi-level marketing strategy. Often called a MLM or network marketing business, these are not Ponzi Schemes or Pyramid Schemes as many people seem to be confused about. In a multi-level marketing scheme, everyone wins, including the business associates, partners and customers. In a Ponzi Scheme or Pyramid Scheme, only the people on top win.
